Terms and Conditions

When you place your trust in us by purchasing from us, you have read and accepted all terms and conditions in the text below, which govern our mutual responsibilities:

Prices

All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT and shipping as standard.

The prices on www.optiska.se are stated at regular prices applicable to orders placed via telephone, fax, letter, or email. The webshop discount, which is automatically deducted at checkout, is granted automatically only when you place your order directly in the webshop at www.optiska.se.

Payment and Payment Methods

Invoice

E-invoices are sent automatically to public sector entities and any other businesses that request this. Please state E-invoice on your order!

Sales are made against invoice following an approved credit check. Invoices are sent by mail or via email. In the latter case, the customer is responsible for monitoring their email so as not to miss the due date. In the event of late payment, default interest and an administrative fee for interest invoicing will be charged.

Card Payment and PayPal

For card payments, we partner with Dibs (www.dibs.se) to process card transactions with rigorous security routines. For questions regarding how these security routines operate, please refer to Dibs. The amount is debited from your account on the date of dispatch.

Advance Payment

Advance payment must be made to our bankgiro 470-4730. Payment methods for private individuals are limited to card payment and advance payment only.

Private Individuals

If you are shopping as a private individual, please note that VAT will be added to all prices. We only deliver goods to your registered address. Payment methods for private individuals are limited to card payment and advance payment only.
