The price includes shipping costs to and from the calibration laboratory, as well as the respective inspection of the glass scale for integrity upon delivery. Should a glass scale for recalibration arrive at our facility undamaged but, in our opinion, not sufficiently packed, we reserve the right to use a new outer packaging at your expense. Since we only ship via UPS, we ask that you do not use wooden crates. We assume no liability for improper packaging and resulting shipping damage en route to us!
