Description
Specwell M-820-LS Monocular with near-focus lens and short acrylic base. Can be used either as a loupe or as a monocular. Popular for industrial applications in quality control and inspection
When using this product as a monocular, objects can be seen sharply at a minimum working distance of 300 mm.
The near-focus lens and acrylic base can be easily screwed onto the monocular, resulting in an excellent loupe with a field of view of 9 mm and a magnification of 25x. A cutout in the clear base provides access to touch the object during inspection. The base can be removed for irregular surfaces. The image is right-way-up. Both lens systems (eyepiece and objective lens) are achromatic and have an anti-reflection coating.
The use of this loupe in combination with the near-focus lens is not limited to technical applications. Due to its high light sensitivity, true-to-life image, and magnification factor, it is also an excellent visual aid. A case and neck strap are included.
Alternative model M-820-KS is the same loupe with a short acrylic base that offers higher magnification when used as a loupe.
