Description
Specwell M-1020-KS Monocular with near-focus lens and short acrylic base. Can be used either as a loupe or as a monocular. Popular for industrial applications in quality control and inspection.
When using this product as a monocular, objects can be seen sharply at a minimum working distance of 400 mm.
The near-focus lens and acrylic base can be easily screwed onto the monocular, resulting in an excellent loupe with a field of view of 6 mm and a magnification of 45x. A cutout in the clear base provides access to touch the object during inspection. The base can be removed for irregular surfaces. The image is right-side up. Both lens systems (eyepiece and objective lens) are achromatic and have an anti-reflective coating.
The use of this loupe in combination with the near-focus lens is not limited to technical applications. Due to its high light sensitivity, true-to-life image, and magnification factor, it is also an excellent visual aid. A case and neck strap are included.
Alternative model M-1020-LS is the same loupe with a long acrylic base, which offers lower magnification when used as a loupe.
