Description
Specwell M-1030-KS Monocular with near focus lens and short acrylic base. Can be used either as a loupe or as a monocular. Popular for industrial applications in quality control and inspection.
When using this product as a monocular, objects can be seen sharply at a minimum working distance of 700 mm.
The near focus lens and acrylic base can be easily screwed onto the monocular, resulting in an excellent loupe with a field of view of 6.3 mm and a magnification of 45x. A cutout in the clear base provides access to touch the object during inspection. The base can be removed for irregular surfaces. The image is upright. Both lens systems (eyepiece and objective lens) are achromatic and have an anti-reflection coating.
The use of this loupe in combination with the near focus lens is not limited to technical applications. Due to its high light sensitivity, true-to-life image, and magnification factor, it is also an excellent visual aid. A case and neck strap are included.
Alternative model M-1030-LS is the same loupe with a long acrylic base, which offers lower magnification when used as a loupe.
